Shazeeb M Khairul Islam

Shazeeb M Khairul Islam is the Founder & President of Social Business Youth Alliance (SBYA), an organisation that harnesses the power of young people, technology and entrepreneurship to bring social change. SBYA currently connects more than 13,000 youth to social business in Bangladesh & abroad. Shazeeb is the CEO of YY Goshti, a social business incubator based in Dhaka that helps young people launch their own social businesses with training, mentorship, office space and access to resources and advises Give2Asia, a social enterprise that strengthens communities throughout Asia by building trusted networks for social investment. He was the founding Country Director of YGAP Bangladesh and taught at United International University and Independent University Bangladesh. He is mentored by Nobel peace Prize Winner Professor Muhammad Yunus and envisions a world where every youth will work their communities’ way out of poverty.
